Nautical By Nature Mini Dress

This navy blue and white mini dress is a little naughty, but still sweet! It features a white, sleeveless knit bodice with a V neckline and adjustable shoulder straps. Her A-line skirt has a high paper bag waist with a tie belt, a double row of large buttons on the front, and side pockets.
