Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a retun, you can contact us at [email protected]. if your return is accepted,we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a retun will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Additional non-returnable items:

Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.

Any items with a discount of more than 30% are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Item with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your retun, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

30-Day Refund Policy

For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 30 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Once the item is retuned to our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund Process:

2. Our support will reply within one working day. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).

3. Return the goods.

4. After the goods are received, we will arrange a refund within 3 working days.

Notes:

– Returns must include all accessories;

– Items must include original packaging;

– For warranty claims not related to product quality the, buyer is responsible for shipping costs;

– If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.

Refund requests for the 30-day retun policy expire 30days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

 If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
